Gathrain teaches warrior skills at the Guard’s Training Room in Bree. The training room is located upstairs from the Mayor’s Office; to enter, one must pay 1 silver to Jack Olby, which will give access to the guild for 2 hours.

Though his techniques are not exemplary, you can probably hone some of your skills in warcraft here.
