Call Familiar is a level 7 mage spell. It summons a familiar that can be directed to perform simple tasks through the command ‘tell familiar ’. Among the commands the familiar understands are directions to walk (as north, south, etc), look, exit, rest, or stand. The familiars can also be ordered like a regular charmie when in the same room as its owner. All familiars have the ability to see in darkness.
