Celebrindal teaches scout skills at Caras Galadhon. She can be found wandering in the northern part of the city.

Celebrindal, Lady of the Galadhrim, is before you. >examine Celebrindal A tall lady of the Galadhrim is before you, her long golden hair woven into a thick braid slung behind her back. Her posture is that of an experienced scout and her eyes never rest. Her gaze constantly shifts, taking in everything that  can be discerned. Yet, they are deep and profound, the wells of wisdom from  countless years. Her hands are those of a lady, fair and delicate, yet hide a strength and skill with the bow unmatched by many a living creature. Still,  her clothing is that of a maid to the Lady of Lórien: a fine white dress embroidered with lace and silver thread, encircled by a shimmering silken sash  at the waist, and a circlet of golden flowers resting on her head.
